Text: On the occasion of the Puces de Mer, a lively flea market organised by local sailors, the site hosted a first meeting and a sensory exploration led by the artists and mediators, together with residents and local associations. Nestled between the Arsenal and Sainte-Anne-du-Portzic, this crossroads in Brest is rich in maritime and military stories.
Through this New Patrons initiative, a diverse group of participants—residents, students, shopkeepers, and associations—has commissioned an artwork to reveal and celebrate the rich history, striking beauty, and layered complexity of Maison Blanche.
