Paysages prêts-à-monter (Ready-to-Assemble Landscapes) is a body of work comprising an installation, a publication and a film, offering a poetic immersion into the world of inland navigation and river transport.
It was created by Cléa Coudsi and Éric Herbin in response to a commission by the members of the Association for Preserving the Memory, Heritage and Life of the Waterway (AMPAVE). The aim was to initiate a symbolic project that would celebrates the pride of multiple generations of bargemen and go beyond the act of remembrance to imagine the future of inland waterway transport.
Mediation-production: artconnexion.
With the support of Fondation de France, the city of Douai and the Hauts-de-France region.
